JAS is a minority owned Civil Engineering Limited Liability Company owned and operated by Jon Shiancoe, P.E. He is registered in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Jon has been working in the Civil Engineering Land development field since 1999. In 2006, he decided to start his own business to help fellow homeowners and developers realize their construction goals
